Mónica G. Carter

She is a Mexican director currently residing in her home country but she has lived in: Springfield (Virginia), France, Switzerland and all over the UK; making her work an exciting mix of visuals, visuals that hover above reality.

She has a BA and an MA in Directing Fiction from Goldsmiths University of London. Her work has been featured internationally in: Complex Magazine, CLASH Magazine, NOTION Magazine, Purple magazine, Les In Rocks and Loud and Quiet. Her work has been selected for film festivals such as: Cannes Film Festival, Raindance Film Festival and New York City Independent Film Festival, where she was nominated for a Cannes Lion.
